From M5 - Recommend route for peak times/holiday season to avoid Barnstaple Town Centre.

• Leave M5 at JCT27 (signed Tiverton, Barnstaple, A361)
• Join A361, follow signs for Barnstaple & Ilfracombe for 25.6 miles
• At roundabout junction with A399 turn right onto the A399. Remain on A399 for 14 miles until junction with A3123, join A3123 & continue for 7 miles until roundabout junction A361
• Turn right onto A361, follow signs for Ilfracombe.
• When descending into Ilfracombe, take the first right into Bicclescombe Road.
• Turn into Kingsley Avenue, then immediately into car park.

From M5 - via Barnstaple

• Leave M5 at JCT27 (signed Tiverton, Barnstaple,A361)
• Join A361, follow signs for Barnstaple & Ilfracombe for 48 miles. Note that Barnstaple has a new bypass not yet featured on many SatNav systems. Follow the road signs for Ilfracombe to avoid delays.
• When descending into Ilfracombe, take the first right into Bicclescombe Road.
• Turn into Kingsley Avenue, then immediately into car park

By Rail
Our recommendation is to travel to Tiverton Parkway and arrange collection with the Lambda representative you are visiting.

You can also get to Ilfracombe via Exeter St David`s at Exeter, Devon. From Exeter there is a 1 hour train journey to Barnstaple.

If you wish to be collected from either Exeter St Davids (2 hours), Barnstaple (30 mins) or Tiverton Parkway (1 hour) please make arrangements with us before your journey.

Overseas Travellers
The nearest local airports to Ilfracombe are Bristol Airport (Avon) and Exeter, which have a limited range of international destinations. London Heathrow (West London) is the nearest international gateway airport.

Travellers by car from Heathrow should use A4 exit onto M4 motorway and head towards Slough/South West. At Bristol join the M5 towards the South West/Taunton. Please refer to the maps.

Travellers by rail from Heathrow. Take the Heathrow Express to Paddington. From there mainline trains to Exeter/Tiverton.
