If the warranty is still valid then the cost of the repair is free to our customers, however Lambda are pleased to offer a service for non-warranty units, most of which are on fixed price basis. An initial charge for assessment is made which is then offset into the cost of the repair on acceptance of the quotation.

Lambda operates a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) system for returning product. You can download an RMA form from this site. Please print it, complete it in full telling us about the problems you're having and fax it back to us at +44 (0) 1271 865335. We will return the form to you by fax within one working day with the RMA number. (We will not accept returned goods without this RMA number.)

Upon returing the repaired power supply we provide you with a fully detailed report of the repair action which is also guaranteed for 6 months, and ensure all product approvals continue to be maintained.
